Job Description
  •          Providing technical support across the company, identify problems and advising/fixing the solution
  •          Tracking system issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits
  •          Ensures all issues/support requests are properly logged
  •          Ability to multi-task and can work under pressure.
  •          Prioritize and manage several open cases at one time
  •          Refer to internal database or external resources to provide accurate tech solutions
  •          Research, test and evaluate new technology
  •          Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.gsoftware developers) in a timely  manner
  •          Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
  •          Prepare accurate and timely reports
  •          Creating/updating self-help documents so end-users and colleagues can try to fix some of the technical issues themselves
  •          Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals
  •          Reporting directly to Software Development/Technical Support Team Lead
Required Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications
  •          Graduate of bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field
  •          Good understanding of computer systems and networks
  •          Basic understanding of web servers (e.g. IIS, apache)
  •          Basic understanding of web-based systems (Websites, Web APIs, HTTP Requests etc.)
  •          Basic knowledge in relational databases and Structured QueryLanguage (SQL)
  •          Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
  •          Familiarity with remote desktop applications
  •          Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  •          Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
  •          Willing to work in Alabang, work in a shifting schedule
  •          At least one year proven work experience as a Technical Support or related role
  •          Experience supporting e-commerce websites
