Job Responsibilities
  • Work with the marketing team to create a social media strategy across main SM channels including (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) to increase organic traffic and convert visitors into users.
  • Respond to / Answer customers/visitors/followers posts in Social Media Platforms
  • Updating engaging content for the company’s social media campaigns and social media presence, including copy, visuals, video and
  • Track trends and social conversations about the sector and their events.
  • Oversee, suggest and post marketing campaigns for our social media channels.
  • Monitor and track regular competitor analysis and engagement in social media channels.
  • Create and repurpose key content in context to various social media platforms
  • High level understanding of Facebook, Instagram, twitter, Snapchat and Pinterest an advantage.
  • Draft weekly and monthly social media reports.
  • Resolve issues posted by customers & page visitors by working closely with the Customer Support Team and escalating technical concerns if the need arises.
Role Requirement
  • Social Media Support experience – minimum 1 year.
  • Hands-on experience using social media for responding to customer queries
  • Strong knowledge of analytical tools.
  • Photoshop for basic image editing a plus.
  • Highly Energetic
  • Content creation experience is a plus
  • Good communications skills (written)
  • Proactive and happy to work in a team.
