- Work with the marketing team to create a social media strategy across main SM channels including (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) to increase organic traffic and convert visitors into users.
- Respond to / Answer customers/visitors/followers posts in Social Media Platforms
- Updating engaging content for the company’s social media campaigns and social media presence, including copy, visuals, video and
- Track trends and social conversations about the sector and their events.
- Oversee, suggest and post marketing campaigns for our social media channels.
- Monitor and track regular competitor analysis and engagement in social media channels.
- Create and repurpose key content in context to various social media platforms
- High level understanding of Facebook, Instagram, twitter, Snapchat and Pinterest an advantage.
- Draft weekly and monthly social media reports.
- Resolve issues posted by customers & page visitors by working closely with the Customer Support Team and escalating technical concerns if the need arises.
- Social Media Support experience – minimum 1 year.
- Hands-on experience using social media for responding to customer queries
- Strong knowledge of analytical tools.
- Photoshop for basic image editing a plus.
- Highly Energetic
- Content creation experience is a plus
- Good communications skills (written)
- Proactive and happy to work in a team.
