Job Summary: The Payroll Specialist/Tax Assistant is in charge in timely and accurate processing and recording of company’s payroll records together with preparation and e-filing of various tax returns including Alphalist e-submission. Will also be tasked to ensure compliance with tax and other regulatory bodies.
Work Location: Laguna Technopark Binan City
Work Schedule: 8:00am-6:00pm (Monday- Friday)

Education: Graduate of Bachelors Degree (Preferably BS Accountancy)
Experience and Training: With at least one (1) year relevant work experience in Payroll ; With exposure in multi currency financial reporting; Familiar with PEZA incentives and taxation
Knowledge/Skills/Attitude: Knowledgeable in payroll processing; ability to deal sensitively with confidential information; strong analytical and accounting skills; able to prioritize and undertake multiple tasks to meet and surpass deadlines; highly detail-oriented and organized; ability to work independently and collaboratively with different levels of employees; able take on new tasks with high level of difficulty; good communication and interpersonal skills; adept in MS Excel and Outlook; experience in using QuickBooks is a plus.
