Job Description:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries via Phone/Chat/E-mail
  • Schedule/Book/Dispatch – technician as required
  • Upsell/Cross-sell services
  • Perform other duties instructed by Supervisor/Manager
  • 2 yrs. experience in a BPO / Technical / Sales account
  • At least 2 yrs. of College Education (preferred)
  • Able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
  • Experience handling UK customers (preferred)
