- You will be taking and making calls to customers, giving a very high standard of Customer Service at all times
- Research Potential leads and Identify Decision Makers
- Managing relationships with internal & external customers/stakeholders
- Answering customers’ questions by phone, email, chat
- Entering customer information onto a computer database
- Tracking orders and giving refunds
- Be coached and monitored by your Team Leader/Manager on a regular basis.
- Candidate must possess at least High School Graduate/Vocational/College Level
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): -Excellent customer service and organization skills -Effective communications and interpersonal skills -Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
- Preferably 2-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Sales – Telesales/Telemarketing or equivalent.
